May 23/24th 2012 sees the Warehouse Technology Group throw open the doors of LRIC (Logistics Research and Innovation Centre) for a 2 day conference and seminar programme themed “Productivity and Efficiency in the Warehouse”. The industry group open days, that help companies optimise their warehouse and logistics functions, have proven very popular and are regularly over-subscribed.
Maximise the Return on Time Invested
Phil Culling, Chairman of Redirack and the spokesman for the Group elaborates: “Our May conference builds on the work we did in 2011. We found that giving our events a theme helped visitors to identify the elements that would be of value to them and maximise the return on their time away from their companies. We have lined up some top industry specialists to present new concepts and innovations that they are employing in the logistics function. Our website details the days’ programme and enables interested people to register their interest. As in the past this event is invitation only, but for more details see our website.”
Atlet Will Be Providing A Fleet of Trucks
Supporting this particular event will be Atlet, one of Europe’s leading fork lift truck manufacturers. They will be providing a fleet of trucks that will be operational throughout the two days and will be demonstrating the particular benefits of their machines. As always the working environment of the LRIC will enable visitors to see all the equipment in a real world situation.
